The underlying functionality of any website designed by myself is a robust PHP based subsystem which effectively relays information to the user in the fastest and most accurate way possible.

What does that mean?
PHP is the brain of the website and it takes data that's been stored on the server and displays it to the visitor, it also allows the Administrator to make spelling corrections and updates with out worrying about effecting other parts of the website.
